I started Arrivals because, even before I immigrated, I was fascinated by what drives people to uproot their lives and start over in a new country. What does it take to build a career, a community, a sense of identity, while staying connected to where you come from?

Every immigrant story is layered, messy, and unique. I wanted to hear more of them and connect with women who take bold steps into the unknown.
